Notes
A dog lives in the house, but will not be present during rentals.
Our properties are all lived in by families, a far cry from the standardised, sanitised properties designed solely for rental.
That's why we're able to offer you rare, warm spaces that are perfectly equipped for large meetings and happy moments.
It's also what allows us to offer you living homes with a strong personality, style and soul.
The neighbourhood
Just 15 minutes from Lyon city centre, you'll have easy access to all of Lyon's activities, leisure facilities, shops and museums, while enjoying the greenery of Collonges au Mont d'or.
You can also go jogging or cycling in the Monts d'Or, famous for its countless forest paths and magnificent views over Lyon.
Lyon
The ‘Best European Weekend Destination’ according to the World Travel Awards 2016, Lyon has managed to transform itself and offer a range of cultural events, including numerous festivals (Fête des lumières, Festival Lumière, Nuits Sonores, Biennale de l'art et de la danse, Quai du polar, Woodstower...).
Unesco, which has declared 500 hectares of the city a World Heritage Site, has made no mistake. The ochre colours of the facades of Old Lyon and the Croix-Rousse, and the astonishing blend of Gothic from the Middle Ages and Italian Renaissance style give the city a unique charm. Between the Saône and the Rhône, the former capital of the Gauls, silk and printing, Lyon, the lively city, has become one of the major economic, gastronomic and cultural centres of France and Europe, with the opening of the Musée des Confluences).
